Unlawful sub-letting & the abuse of social housing

The High Court has recently overturned a suspended possession order in a case concerning the partial sub-letting of social housing.
In the first case to consider the proper interpretation of section 5 of the Prevention of Social Housing Fraud Act 2013, it has also ordered the tenants to yield up their
unlawful profits.
