DESCRIPTION:[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css_animation=”none”]How should you prepare for a hearing in the First-tier Tribunal (Property Chamber)?  Are the rules of procedure different from the County Court?  What should you include in a Statement of Case?  How can you best present your case?  How should you address the Judge?  Find out the answers to those questions and more\, when FTT Judge Niamh O’Brien joins Iris Ferber KC for a conversation about all things FTT. \nIris Ferber KC\, 42BR \nIris Ferber KC is a Housing and Employment Silk with 20 years’ experience in Social Housing litigation.  Her particular interest lies in disputes involving tenants with disabilities\, and issues of capacity and the Equality Act – where she can deploy her extensive experience of Employment Tribunal discrimination claims. \nNiamh O’Brien\, 42BR \nNiamh is a barrister specialising in social housing law\, residential landlord and tenant law and leasehold disputes.
