We work extensively within the social housing law sector, predominantly providing expert reports for landlords in relation to Housing Conditions claims but also defect investigation and drone inspections, throughout most of England and Wales.
All of our surveyors are Bond Solon trained and members of the Expert Witness Institute. Furthermore, not only are we Chartered Building Surveyors, but we specialise in building pathology and are trained in HHSRS.
